Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
– A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 6 days prior to your arrival.
– Payments can be made via paypal or by bank transfer.
2. Cancellation Policy
– If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before your arrival will receive a full refund of the balance paid. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of your arrival will forfeit the full amount paid.
3. Check-in and Check-out
– Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
4. Occupancy
– The property is let on a self-catering basis and is intended for the use of the guests named on the booking. The maximum occupancy of 2 adults must not be exceeded.
5. Damage and Loss
– Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damage or loss must be reported to the owner immediately. A damage deposit is collected before your stay.
6. Pets
– Pets are not permitted.
7. Smoking
– Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
8. Liability
– The owner shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to guests or their property during their stay.
9. Governing Law
– These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the property is located.
